Help Animals While World Traveling

Dog Talk (And Kitties Too!) (11-19-2016) #499: Photographer Julie McGuire won a World Press Photo award for her picture “Full House,” taken at a private rescue in Penang, Malaysia where she photo-documented what she calls “islands of hope in the midst of misery”; Karen Menczer from Animal Kind International talks about how to do good for animals while traveling the world at any of the 11 countries where they support locally-run sanctuary partners that welcome visits, help or donations; Lisa Lunghofer of Grey Muzzle discusses the grants they give to sanctuaries and rescue groups focused on at-risk senior dogs, who deserve some quality time in their golden years.
