Rapper “Slick” Naim, the creator/writer/director/producer of the new Netflix show “It’s Bruno” talks about setting the show in his native Brooklyn with all its diverse and wacky characters, and how efforts at inclusion in the film industry have benefited him; Jacky Colliss Harvey discusses her book THE ANIMAL’S COMPANION: PEOPLE & THEIR PETS, A 26,000-YEAR LOVE STORY, looking at people’s’ innate need to live in the close company of animals from prehistoric days up to the present; Guillermo “Memo” Roa is a Columbia immigrant, a dog trainer and AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, who handles Molly, a bilingual therapy dog (owned by June) and they regularly visit Covenant House in New York City.
