Dog Talk ® (and Kitties Too!)

This Gracie® Award-winning show, produced and hosted by pet wellness advocate Tracie Hotchner, has been broadcasting for 11 years with more than 550 consecutive shows from the NPR station Peconic Public Broadcasting in the Hamptons, where it is heard from the East End all across Long Island, into Southern Connecticut and Westchester. It is also carried on the local public radio stations Robinhood Radio in the Berkshires and Radio Cobleskill in upstate New York. DOG TALK® (and Kitties, Too!) features Tracie’s interviews with authors and pet experts from around the world, discussing far-ranging topics involving dogs and cats, many with dog health information, dog and puppy training advice, and help in living harmoniously with your cat.

(04-29-2017) #522:  Aimee Gilbreath is the Executive Director of Michelson’s Found Animals, a national, Los Angeles-based non-profit that offers a free microchip registry (www.found.org) for anyone anywhere — and will be the beneficiaries of the Dog Film Festival Pooch Party at Only in Beverly Hills boutique August 4th when Tracie brings the Festival back to L.A. for the second year on August 5th; Laurie Santos runs the Yale Comparative Cognition Laboratory which is studying the intelligence of dogs who are volunteered as subjects, described in an article in the New York Times; Dr Donna Raditic is a nutrition specialist for dogs and cats and wrote a valuable article in The Bark about the importance of giving supplements to prevent health problems according to her OMG recommendations (which stands for Omega-3, Microbiome probiotics, and Glucosamine/chondroitin.
