Rowenna Baldwin in England talks about her deeply moving film, “Goodnight, Friend,” which delves into how we manage our grief after losing a pet; Mike Bulda talks about discovering the sad situation for stray dogs on the beautiful tourist island of Aruba and made a film about how to help bring about change in “It Takes an Island: Saving the Aruba Canucu Street Dog”; Erin Parks in Canada talks about the years she spent making the documentary “Finding Shelter,” following an inspirational family who moved from England to Bulgaria and created their own pet shelter.
