Freya the Ragdoll Who Didn’t Know Love

Cat Chat — Brought to You by Dr. Elsey’s (12-07-2022) #0121: Tracie welcomes Kathy from idaho, a listener who recently re-homed a very frightened, underweight Ragdoll kitty, Freya, who lived with a family who had no time for her and neglected her. The lovely cat always wants to hide, does not want to be held or picked up, and roams the house only at night when the house is dark and everybody else is asleep. Tracie discusses what Kathy can do to overcome Freya’s distrust of people and her new environment by using wand toys and giving Freya time to come out of her shell at her own pace.
