A Test for the Deadly Dog Flu

Dog Talk (05-16-2015) #421: Dr Alexis Seguin, a veterinary internist developing diagnostic tests for IDEXX, announces that her company has already created a test to diagnose whether a dog has the new deadly form of canine flu that swept through Chicago only weeks ago; Erin Moore’s new book That’s Not English: Britishisms, Americanisms, and What Our English Says About Us delightfully explores the differences between some British and American words, as well as differences in how the two cultures care for their cats; Tracie tells the tale of her own attempt to buy a puppy from a breeder doing all the things she wrote about in The Dog Bible — yet how it backfired on her.
