Alex Kava; schutzhund; Cat Lady Chic

Dog Talk (09-05-2015) #437: Silent Creed by Alex Kava is her second novel featuring Ryder Creed and his K9 search-and-rescue dog and she discusses how she came to learn so much about these working canines; Kathy Jo Magan, a tracking competitor and teacher, explains schutzhund, an extremely demanding German ring sport; art curator Diane Lovejoy talks about her tantalizing book Cat Lady Chic, which dispels the notion of “crazy or frumpy cat ladies” with photos and artistic renderings of gorgeous, stylish women with cats throughout history.
