Dog Talk (And Kitties Too!) (02-14-2021) #714: Featuring Laura Clark, Aimee Sadler, and Kerry D’Amato. Laura Clark talks about the paradox of being a lifelong vegetarian who is running MEATME, a company that makes Certified Organic and Certified Humane raw meals for dogs and cats, which she hopes will lead the way for more people to have respect for the animals who feed us — not just the animals who love us; Tracie’s “go to” dog trainer Aimee Sadler, Founder of “Dogs Playing for Life,” discusses the issue of aggressive dogs on leash and off and how people play a large part in how to manage this in a safe and civil way in public places; Kerry D’Amato, Executive Director of the foster-based rescue Pet Haven in Minneapolis, discusses the silver lining of the pandemic and how new ideas about cat rescue have emerged from it.
