Adrenal Cushings comes from a malignant growth on the adrenal gland that can be removed, but 75% of dogs have pituitary Cushings, which is actually easy to manage. However, “Cushinoid” is not a full diagnosis and — surgery or not — it is an expensive process to diagnose and treat the disease.
