Humane Talk (01-16-2016) #8052: Dr. Stevan Harnad is the editor of the Journal of Animal Sentience and a professor at McGill University in Montreal, at the University of Quebec, and at Southampton University in the U.K. He is an “abolitionist vegan” who is theoretically opposed to pet ownership (but paradoxically does have a much-loved cat of his own!) and discusses vegetarianism, vegan-ism, and questions why Tracie isn’t a vegetarian herself.
